Club Skirts Dinah Shore Weekend is thrilled to be joining forces with Outfest Los Angeles LGBT Film Festival this year as one of its official sponsors.
Celebrating its 31st Anniversary as Southern California’s largest film festival, and one of the largest LGBT fests in the U.S., Outfest officially kicks off on Thursday, July 11 and will showcase LGBTQ films from across the globe over the span of 10 days.
After successfully premiering the inaugural “Dinah Film Series” last April in Palm Springs, California, Club Skirts has been committed to extending its involvement in promoting the many achievements of LGBT filmmakers beyond the actual Dinah by engaging in and supporting Film Festivals that create and enhance opportunities for our community in front of and behind the camera.
With that in mind, Club Skirts proudly paired up with filmmaker, actress, screenwriter Drew Denny for the screening of her first feature film entitled “TheMost Fun I’ve Ever Had With My Pants On” on Saturday, July 13 at 9:30pm at The DGA. (Go to Outfest’s website for more info: www.Outfest.org)
An exclusive after-party presented by OML, Thrive Entertainment, and, of course, Club Skirts will immediately follow the screening, featuring a Must-See live performance by LA’s hottest performance artist, “Actually” aka Ashley Huizenga.
